Wanganui - 1st Feb

We both slept like logs after the huge effort of the crossing. Our legs were killing us so we decided to catch up with some of the family on Skype – it was Gav’s Grandma’s 90^th birthday as well. To try and stretch our legs we played a little Frisbee and Gav had a bounce on a trampoline. You should have seen his little face – he bloody loved it! We didn’t leave the campsite and it was well worth the day of rest! We spent some time watching films and being entertained by the friendly ducks that wandered around the campsite.
